If it does, companies, to survive and remain competitive globally, will find other ways to hire the best talent. The $100,000 fee won't stop companies from collaborating to hire the best people.
I believe the US will adjust this policy. Simply raising the fee to $100,000 won't effectively tighten the H1B visa program or enhance US business competitiveness.
